I used to hate shorts- I believed the only place for shorts was at the gym & then I moved to the beach & discovered how necessary they are so I started searching for the best ones & do you know where I find most of my shorts?

WHITE SHORTS
White denim shorts are a must have to show off sun kissed legs every summer! I like these bc they are a cute twist on an old classic- Denim w a flare...The side ties are so cute & add just enough detail that they are fun & can still be paired with patterns & textures. 
I wear a size 4 in Loft shorts, which I find to be TTS.

DENIM SHORTS
Denim shorts can be dressed up with a wedge for a night out or dressed down with flip flops & a tee for a day of errands; whichever your plan these are awesome! The length is perfect, not too short & not too long & the wash looks fresh & new.
I am wearing a size 4. They run TTS- if looking for a baggier, more relaxed fit, size up one size.


DRAWSTRING SHORTS
Drawstring shorts are great for an easy going day time look or over a bathing suit for a day at the beach & these do not disappoint! I like a thick elastic waist band & a good 4 inch inseam & these adorable shorts have both!
I will be pairing these w a white tank & my denim jacket for a fun summer look!
They also run TTS & you do not want them too big or they will look like a diaper.

I t’s that time of year when the holidays are over our holiday Decor is put away, hopefully! Your home is clean & quiet & let’s face it- we’re stuck in the house right now due various reasons. What's in My Closet...???

  I have been thinking deeply about how the "staples" of our wardrobes have changed in this past year; as most things have. It is always fun and absolutely necessary to add new trends and have fun with color, texture & pattern within our wardrobe; however, it is essential that we have a foundation for these exciting pieces to be a part of. Think of a new house- the fixtures; like the kitchen cabinets and the bathroom tile are so important as a way to show the homeowner's style & personality. However, you can't have those beautiful "add ons" without the foundation of the house in place.  The "staples" of your wardrobe are the foundation, just like the house, and the fixtures are "add ons," they add character, personality, spice!
