So, I have been thinking a lot about being healthy- my eating habits, which were Awful this Summer, & my workouts. I have always been an active person & I am one of those crazy people who loves to workout- People have always asked me how I can enjoy exercise as much as I do, especially running- Running is my Passion & Spinning isn't too far behind; so I guess you'd say that I enjoy "independent sports." ...It always seemed natural & time efficient; so, after having Charlotte I decided to get some at home gym equipment & make a gym in our home. For the past 5+ years I have been running outside or on my treadmill or riding my Peloton-& loving it! I was waking up very early (4:45am), getting my workout in & getting on with me day & feeling great...& then something happened- I realized that I missed the "Community" of working out with others- the friendships I had made in the past; my "gym friends." I missed cheering one another on & having relationships with people with similar goals. So, I joined an Awesome private gym in my town- Shout out NOMAD EAST FITNESS in East Quogue & I found my LOVE for group exercise again! I also found Super Fun Workouts, Motivating Instructors, Great New Friends...& muscles I never knew I had! I still workout in my home gym- don't worry that Peloton is NOT going to waste- but I am Loving my new "gym friends" & my 5am HIIT classes get me ready to face the day! My point is- find a way to be active that you LOVE &, just like your job, it wont feel like work- you will look forward to doing it & you will Look & FEEL so much better!!

*Go onto the blog for a GREAT deal being offered at NOMAD EAST FITNESS- Hope to see you there & we can become "gym friends!" Tell Albee I Sent you!!

We will talk about underwear/panties (I hate that word)... bras/bralettes/sports bras, pajamas- I will Share with you my fav

What's in My Closet...???

I have been thinking deeply about how the "staples" of our wardrobes have changed in this past year; as most things have. It is always fun and absolutely necessary to add new trends and have fun with color, texture & pattern within our wardrobe; however, it is essential that we have a foundation for these exciting pieces to be a part of. Think of a new house- the fixtures; like the kitchen cabinets and the bathroom tile are so important as a way to show the homeowner's style & personality. However, you can't have those beautiful "add ons" without the foundation of the house in place.  The "staples" of your wardrobe are the foundation, just like the house, and the fixtures are "add ons," they add character, personality, spice! Wardrobe staples used to be boring-  Black slacks, a white button down shirt, a black shoe They have always slightly differed & evolved with the times- but 2020 definitely pushed us into a whole new wor
